• 2008 in Review

Now that the last year is over, I thought I'd recap with a few things here and there I did/happened to me this year. :D


January:
-Started my last semester in high school

February:
-Turned 18 :O

March:
-Found out where I was going for college
-Got asked out to the prom XD

April:
-Got my first job at a restaurant

May:
-Voted in my first primary
-Went to prom
-Graduated from high school
-Started going out with my boyfriend, yayay!

June:
-Went for college orientation

July:
-Quit my old job; got a new job at a library

August:
-Started my first semester in college
-Began to learn Chinese

September:
-Hurricane Ike rolled through; kill many, many people are still lost

October:
-Spent Halloween alllll alone D:

November:
-Spent Thanksgiving with my cousins in Tennessee; nice change of scenery
-Going out with my boyfriend for 6 months, yayayay! XD
-Voted in my first presidential election

December:
-Finished my first semester in college with a 3.6-something. Or something like that ^^; (got an A in Chinese, yayayayay!)
-Competed in my first cosplay contest :O
-Spent lots of lost time with friend; caught up with old friends
-Got cool things for Christmas; spent time with family

Goals for this new year:
-lose 10 pounds (I say this almost every year, and I actually do it, so HA!)
-Take lots of pictures
-Work hard in school and at work
-Go somewhere cool this summer
-Finish a story (I've written many, but have never finished one >_>)
-Draw more (I hardly drew anything in 2008)
-Do more cosplay (I had fun with it this past year, I want to make more costumes :D)

• The school district cannot win!!!!

The schools in my school system have implemented new rules for dances.
1. Dresses must cover your shoulders.
2. Dresses must not show any of your back.
3. You must not grind.
4. Yor bodies must not be touching.
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Any violation of these rules will result in you getting kicked out immediately.

*Basically, they want us to wear gunny-sack dresses and dance with beachballs in between us.

Now, while I am not a fan of having sex with clothes on (ie: grinding), I also am not a fan of the school system trying to control us so much.

So, what did we do? Me, my gay best friend (who turns straight for me for dances XD), and basically everyone else from my school went to this new club downtown for students under the age of 21. The school district demanded that they be closed for the night, so that wouldn't happen.


But, of course, they remained open and we ended up having an awesome time.

Tyranny will not prevail! LOL

• My Ochi-versarry!

On Thursday it was my one year Ochi birthday. A year ago Ochi found one of my posted stories on a competition site and invited me on here and for the first few months I HAD NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL I WAS DOING! I didn't know what uke meant, or RL, or brb, or LOL. I was SUCH a spaz! And I had only been writing for six months so I HAD NO CLUE about that either.

So I wanted to thank all of you guys for your patience as I asked about a million really stupid questions and for all the reviews and all the corrupting influence. I've written things I would never have written, read things I would never have read, seen beautiful art I would never have seen, if it wasn't for being on this site.

And I have laughed, and laughed, and laughed!

I DONT BELIEVE IT! Was it really on Naruto Nippon?? Did Nontan and Junko san really act this out (and in voice act) AND WHY IS THAT BACKGROUND MUSIC IN THE BACK I CANT HEAR SASUKE MOAN IN THE BEGINNING! WHY DO I NOT LIVE IN JAPAN!!
......where do I find more of this Naruot Nippon stuff??
Im so surprised that this actually matches the picture i drew, i mean, in the Deviantart censored pic, I drew a shocked Sakura chibi screaming at the place where Naruto's butt is, AND THEN I COME ACROSS THIS! HOOOLLYY FANSERVINESS OF YAOI! IS IT REAL!
And i seriously want a version without the music in the back!
And holy shit, Naruto cumming, he sounds so girly when going "AAhhhhhh"! Sasuke sounds as if he's being stabbed when he came!
AND SAKURA'S SCREAM AT THE END AND SASUKE'S ANNOYED VOICE!!
